职位描述：Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities
1、 主导年度预算以及跟踪
Lead annual budget and follow up
2、 及时有效地报告月度财务及经营状况，诸如销售、利润表等
Timely and effectively reporting monthly financial and operative situation, such as sales and profitability, etc.
3、 月度行动计划追踪
Track monthly action plan status
4、 负责一般日常费用的分析并设定改善目标及其跟踪
Being responsible for general expense analysis, target setting and follow up
5、 通过成本费用分析，和各部门沟通以降低变动、固定成本
Communicate with each department to drive fixed/variable cost reduction through cost analysis
6、 深度分析制造及外包成本并和组织内各团队协作以降低生产成本
  In depth analysis for manufacturing and outsourcing cost and co-ordinate with other departments for production cost reduction
7、 进行内控制管理和风险管理
  Internal control and risk management
8、负责各类报告及分析
  Be responsible for kinds of finance report and analysis
9、其它临时工作
  Other ad hoc tasks

 任职要求Required Competency and Qualification
1、 知识: 非常了解中国及美国会计准则
Knowledge: Solid knowledge of China & US GAAP
2、 学历：本科及以上
Education :University degree at least
3、 外语：良好的英语运用能力
Foreign Language: Good command in English
4、 计算机：熟练运用相关办公软件
Computer Skill: Be good at related office software (MS word, excel, PowerPoint)
5、 工作经验: 美国上市公司中国子公司工作经验;或四大会计师事务所工作经验
Working Experience：Have been working with a subsidiary of US public listed company or the big four accounting consult firms
6、 机械制造业或相关行业经验
Mechanical Manufacturing or related experience
7、 至少3年左右财务管控职能工作经验
