职位描述：
Purpose of the position:

Carry out testing acc. to defined plans, product application tests as well as product performance tests, sample inspection and material tests. Operate and maintain equipment required for these tests (drilling/ setting equipment, tensile tester, inspection equipment). Doublecheck own results for potential errors/ deviations (mechanical setup, calibration, procedures). Report and discuss deviations with engineers. Report results by standard templates.


Core Accountabilities:

1. Preparation, execution, troubleshooting and documentation of tests. Load tests, application tests, inspections.
2. Manage and archive test reports and documentation test results
3. Organisation (storage, order) of test materials
4. IMTE management including IMTE test equipment calibration and status monitor
5. Support CIP initiatives in test lab efficiency and 5S


Minimum experience and Qualification:

1. Junior College / College or Technical Secondary School graduated in (Mechanical or electrical is preferred) engineering or equivalent minimum required, Bachelor degree preferred
2. 2 years experience in testing, maintenance/construction company or at job sites required
3. Basic English or commitment to achieve basic communication level within 1st year required
4. Basic computer skills (MS, Excel)


Additional activties:

1． Work according to Hilti philosophy, esp. integrity, teamwork & Continuous Improvement.
2． Constructional cooperation with the responsible test engineer
