Define & update factory sop
Equipment to improve the efficiency，equipment maintenance.(TPM, 5S, SMED)
Tool management & improvement
Computer management and maintenance(IT)
Implement IV testing and EL testing standard
Some other job arranged by manager

要求：
2-3 years in Process and Equipment improvement experience
Automation equipment,PLC,AutoCAD,PV module manufacture testing experience
