JD: creates the overall brand strategy for Fields targeting local Chinese consumers and builds the Fields brand equity amongst the Chinese target audience. Develops the marketing action plan and manages the implementation of marketing brand activities based on the brand strategy.
1, conducts ad hoc and permanent market research to assess the Chinese market situation, to identify trends and growth opportunities and to maximize effectiveness of marketing efforts.
2, analyzes key players in the market with regards to their marketing and route to market strategies (including distribution, range, innovation, merchandising, pricing, communication, promotion and activation strategies).
3, develops the marketing strategy for the brand targeting local Chinese consumers.
4, creates and implements the marketing program related to all elements of the marketing mix.
5, creates a promotional activity calendar in line with the brand's objectives and consistent with all other above and below the line communication plans.
6, ensures with the purchasing team that the brand's objectives in term of pricing strategy and SKU selection are correctly implemented into the market.
7, develops a scorecard to monitor and evaluate the brand's marketing KPI's on a regular basis, anticipates corrective actions if necessary.
8, assists in measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities in achieving the brand's objectives and ROI.
9, manages the allocated marketing budget.
Requirements:
1, at least 5 years experience at marketing, 2 years as team leader
2, bachelor above, fluent in oral and written English & Chinese
3, FMCG, E-Commerce, Retail industry experience will be a plus
4, structural and logical thinking
5, results oriented
