职位描述
I-Team Mission :
1.Build up the resources, branding and visibility of AXA CS global operations
from Shanghai / China, establish leadership position in our core segments to become a
preferred provider of risk management & insurance solutions for our customers and producers.
2.Operate in symbiosis with AXA GI Shanghai platform as AXA CS local dedicated team and profit centre within our global uw network.
3.Maintain quality at the highest level, control claims and expenses to meet the profitable combined ratio target.
II- Principal Duties & Accountabilities :
1.Lead the business development of the CS team for all lines of business in line with the
strategy of developing profitable top tier business.
2.Mentor the staff in a team spirit attitude and monitor the whole team capability to provide
high quality services to customers and brokers, secure customer loyalty.
3.Support the underwriters for each LoB to service, maintain and expand our customer base and brokers (local and international through reverse flow programme policies).
4.Implement all commercial and communications actions sponsored by AXA CS Head Office. Propose regional initiatives in coordination with the commercial management of AXA CS as well as joint actions with AXA GI.
