职位描述：
工作职责：
1. Work with cross function team to understand customer requirement, participate in systemsubsystem design review, finalize detail electric design requirement by reviewing with system engineer and other teams;
2. Design schematic of digital, mix signal and power electronics circuit board that satisfies the design requirement;
3. Create the design documents for design review (HLD, dFMEA, T-matrix etc.), and verification plan mapping to the key performance and reliability requirement;
4. Verify the design performance to meet the requirement, complies with the Manufacturability and Serviceability, and achieve the costreliability target;
5. Collaborate closely with the mechanical engineering team members to create product enclosures with compelling design and form-factors that also meet regulatory, safety, environmental, reliability, thermal and interface standard (Ethernet, USB, etc.) compliance requirements;
6. Collaborate closely with the firmware engineering team members to create optimal hardwarefirmware partitions that meet functional requirements and cost goal;
7. To work with the sourcing team and the supplier to coordinate the manufacturing and test specification and procedure for ICT and FCT of PCBA to make sure the PCBA from production line can meet design requirement;
8. Cooperate with cross function to conduct the design transfer ensuring the product developed could be transferred to production smoothly;

任职资格：
1. A Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, mechatronics or related field with a minimum of 5 years working experience; master degree is a plus
2. Experience in embedded system design with 81632-bit microprocessor design such as PIC, ARM, MSP430, DSP, PowerPC, Coldfire;
3. Excellent understanding of analog, digital and power supply design fundamentals;
4. Basic knowledge of signal integrity, EMCEMI, CCC, UL, RoHS ;
5. Familiar with multi layers PCB layout review, proficiency in Altium Designer Cadence is preferred;
6. Proficient in testing instruments (digital oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers);
7. Experience with implementation of electronics product from concept to mass production is highly preferred;
8. Solid understanding of Design For Test (DFT) and Design For Manufacturing(DFM);
9. Capable of analyzing the root cause when there is a failure in the electrical component and can provide the possible solution;
10. Experience with CPLDFPGA is not a must but is an add-on advantage;
