OPPORTUNITY SUMMARY

We are recruiting a Commercial Director for our subsidiary GYS CHINA located in Shanghai, to develop and implement our operations in Asia-Pacific, Russia, Middle-East and Africa. Based on our actual network of importers, the commercial will have the responsibility to oversee costumer’s needs, handle daily business issues, and recognize business opportunities.

The Commercial will frequently travel to meet our importers and prospects. He will be in charge of training and submission of reports, tenders and business proposals, realize statistics in order to advise the direction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

o For each country, understand the market and the organization of the competition. Define the strategy.

o Meet with existing importers to develop effective working relationships. Promote the products manufactured by our Chinese subsidiary; create the good conditions of the sales orders.

o Identify potential prospects. Deliver presentations and negotiate conditions.

o Provide reports to the General Manager on the status of the customers’ business, their needs and requirements, to propose efficient solutions and adapted products.

o Provide detailed updates and forecasts on the markets and the competitors’ activity to ensure that business opportunities are fully exploited.

o Set up offers to client. Follows up and organize the answers in any bid processes organized by clients.

PROFILE

o Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Car Body Repair industry. You are a master of the dent pulling systems, spot and MIG welding equipment. You understand the market and you are familiar with the main manufacturers/brands of this industry.

o You have a developed relational sense and empathy. You are able to listen to your costumer and you can also be persuasive.

o You have good selling skills to create the conditions of an order. You are optimistic and relentless.

o Ability to inform and advise company on Sales strategy and improvement. You have strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies.

o Very good in the use of the pack office and presentation tools.

o Effective Management and Organisational skills.

o Must be fluent in English and Chinese to work with both Costumers and Colleagues.

o This position requires frequent trips abroad. Traveling cannot be an issue for you.
