岗位职责RESPONSIBILITIES：
提高公司产品的装配质量及生产效率：
1.解决装配现场的问题.
Instruct the process of field assembly and resolve some technical problems of assembly
2.根据生产计划要求、按照图纸和相关标准编制机械产品装配工艺。
Prepare assembling process of mechanical products as per the production planning and the requirement of the drawings and relevant standards。
3.选用或设计装配工装和量具，编制装配检验大纲，并为装配现场提供指导。
Select/design of assembly fixtures and gauges preparing assembling inspection outline
4. 根据部门安排，协助编制部分机械产品加工工艺、产品材料料单等其他工艺准备文件。以及部门安排的其他工作。

岗位要求QUALIFICATIONS:
机械制造或机电一体化大专以上学历，至少3年以上设备成套企业或相关行业工作经验，熟悉机械制造工艺技术，了解材料、焊接或热处理等。可进行英文口语和书面沟通、阅读英文图纸及相关英文标准。熟练应用计算机办公软件、AUTOCAD, UG等制图软件。具有很好的团队协作及沟通能力。熟悉太阳能及焊接设备、图纸和标准者优先。
Requirement: College in mechanical manufacturing, at least 3 years related experience, familiar with machining process technology , material, welding, casting and heat treatment; Good English communication skills (spoken and written), be able to read and understand the drawings in English and relevant standards; Good computer skill and familiar with AUTOCAD,UG; skills good team work player and interpersonal communication; knowledge on Reis equipment , drawing and relevant standards will be a plus.
