Main Responsibilities
主要工作职责
负责LELO品牌天猫旗舰店的整体运营工作:
1. 根据销售指标,制定年度业务规划;制定季度计划和月度计划
2. 店铺运营 策略与管理
负责上下架、活动报名、活动策划
日常店铺及商品数据汇总
活动执行
日常店铺及商品排名优化,商品标题优化
店铺视觉维护及优化
通过竞品分析,制定产品组合策略及商品定价;同时配合渠道的活动及市场部的推广Campaign,制定年度促销策略
3. 有效数据分析管理:店铺运营分析报告;月度报告、季度报告、年度总结;运营报告包含:SKU分析、促销结果分析、客户服务与DSR等分析
4.店铺运营 执行
流量提升(SEO优化,站内免费流量及付费流量的引入)
转化率提升(客服服务转化率、视觉优化)
产品提升(宝贝页优化、产品竞争分析)
5.渠道库存管理
根据店铺促销节奏,以数据分析为依据,提出备货需求。
6.跟各平台保持良好沟通,根据实际情况及时调整计划,作出快速反应。

1、 要求有天猫旗舰店2年以上实际操作经验
2、 对供应链流程有相关熟悉度,了解前后台操作细则
3、 熟悉天猫平台规则,对电商行业的变化有觉知
