职位描述：
Job Purpose
Drive the ISO26262 within company. Create and maintain the Functional safety related process as per ISO26262, act as functional safety engineer in project implementations to complete the related functional safety work product.
Job Responsibility
1.Responsible for performing functional safety specific activities that requires functional safety capabilities and discipline specific capabilities.
2.Responsible for supporting functional reviews and confirmation measures.
3.Responsible for escalating issues to the Safety Chief Engineer (Organization).
4.Providing regular status report of FS projects in close cooperation with the FS Manager of the project.
5.Maintain the Safety process and support CI activities.
6.Define the initial version of the System Safety Plan and define the safety strategy compliant to the customer expectations in close cooperation with the System Team during the RFQ phase.
7.Performs trainings and coaches disciplines teams in FS specific tasks.
8.Understand customer specific safety expectations and set up and maintain a network to customer central safety teams.
9.Technical support for customers like an external consultant, helping on definition of FS for Visteon's product.
10.Defining and supporting initiatives to foster a safety culture in Visteon.
11.Responsibilities for a process, product or regional domains.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.Above 3 years EE/SW design or development experience.
3.Expert level knowledge on ISO26262.
