职位描述：
Primary Purpose: Support the Finance Director on daily finance operation for financial and management accounting; reporting and treasury management for the China WFOE. This includes income statements, balance sheets, statements of cash flow, forecast and budgets, AR, AP, film production investment analysis and participation reporting. Assist with internal and external annual audits and tax filings.

Essential Job Functions:
? Prepare books of WFOE including AR, AP and month-end
? Perform bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations
? Maintain Petty cash
? Responsible for proper tax and accounting records keeping
? Assist P&L forecasts, weekly cash reports and quarterly/annual budgets
? Assist film P/L Green light report preparation
? Handle daily banking related matters
? Support the FD on business modelling for business development
? Assist the FD on statutory audits and tax filings; policies compliance and internal control
? Prepare financial packages to Flagship Hong Kong and prepare service fee invoices
? Be the local finance contact on accounting system and banking interface matters
? Support the Production team on project analysis and P/L development under the FD guidance
? Participate in other ad-hoc projects/duties as deemed appropriate
Job- Related Qualification Standards:
? Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or relevant discipline
? Professional accounting qualifications preferred (e.g. China CPA)
? Advanced Excel skills
? Solid accounting and systems experience; plus good China GAAP and taxation knowledge
? Attention to detail with strong ability to draw meaningful analysis from data
? Team player who can work well independently and deliver under pressure
? Experienced in handling audits and taxation matters
? Able to meet with tight deadlines and prioritize works
? Mature, self-motivated and has strong sense of responsibility and integrity
? Good commercial sense and interpersonal skills
? Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin 举报 分享
