岗位职责
1 根据GCP和相关法规以及公司的SOP设计、启动、监查和结束整个化妆品临床试验，包括从初选受试者开始，并与后勤行政紧密合作以确保受试者招募工作的完整执行
2 分析受试者测试数据，并以及时而认真的态度清晰地撰写结论报告
3 专注于从计划、执行进程到良好的测试结果产出，其中包括针对性受试者的正确获取，以最大限度地确保研究项目每一天的完善执行
4 核查并有效管理各个研究项目文档，严格按照行业规范与要求确保记录数据的正确与不断更新
任职资格
1 大学本科及以上学历
2 在著名化妆品/ 个人护理品公司的研发部门从事化妆品/ 护理品临床测试研究2至3年以上的工作经验
3 最好具有临床研究管理经验（懂得如何正确有效地进行临床测试和项目研究）
4 熟练使用各种皮肤测试仪器（例如：皮肤弹性测试仪、皮肤水分测试仪、皮肤黑素和血红素测量仪、皮脂仪、皮肤水分流失测试仪等）
5能根据公司需要经常在不同的国家或地区进行研究和测试业务
6 流利的英语沟通能力
7 细致认真负责的工作态度，极强的团队合作精神
8 熟知化妆品行业中的GCP、GLP规则（尽管没有特别针对化妆品的）

experienced clinical study coordinator for cosmetics
Job Description
Designs and executes the whole study protocol
Manage the recruiting function of clinical lab including drafts screener for subjects recruitment, works closely with Logistics to ensure proper recruitment is completed.
Analyzes consumer test data and writes reports to clearly communicate findings in a timely manner.
Ensure that all clinical activities are carried out in accordance with Company SOP’s and guidelines of Good Clinical Practices.
Oversee the planning, scheduling and carrying out of day?oヾay clinical activities, maximizing on study workflow, and associated availability of research subjects.
Manage study documentation ensuring that all documents are accurate, up?oヾate and in compliance with all regulations and requirements.


Working Qualification
Minimum 2 or 3 years experience on cosmetics clinical study work ( cosmetics, instruments, claims, safety, market research, and sensory studies) in R&D department of famous cosmetics/ personal care company
Also administrative experience in managing clinical studies and projects ( Experienced in how to do studies and how to manage projects and studies )
Experienced in use Skin Instruments (e.g.Cutometer（皮肤弹性测试仪）, Corneometer（皮肤水分测试仪）, Maxemeter（皮肤黑素和血红素测量仪）, Sebumeter（皮脂仪）, and a Tewameter（皮肤水分流失测试仪）)

Good if the candidate can also travel to outside China when we need
Excellent English communication capability
Conscientious character/personality and good teamwork
Got well-knowing of GCP,GLP regulations
