Job Duties and Responsibilities (Actual daily deliverables):
1.Be involved in new product development and trial production , work out quality control plan for new project.
2.Review customer’s quality criteria, communicate and confirm requirement with customer.
3.Work with core team to evaluate quality risks and come up with prevention in development phase.4.Prepare product confirmation report for new projects.
5.Work out SIP or inspection instruction for material, semi-finished product and finished goods.
6.Sign off standard sample and boundary samples.
7.Handle customer complaint and submit 8D report to customer. Organize complaint meeting and follow up corrective/preventive actions.
8.Monitor process quality data and follow up improvement actions for high defect rate models.

9.Do process audit to qualify manufacturing process.
10.Train QC and operators to follow inspection procedures and instructions.
11.Check quality inspection and testing records.
12.Other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Experience)
1.Associate or above ,electronic/communication majors
2.More than 3 years related work experience
3.Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.
4.Familiar with inspection and reliability test of electronic products.
5.Familiar with 5 core quality tools , 8D, etc.
6.Good communication and coordination abilities.
