· Completion of Product Detail documents

· Resolve product control packaging issues

· Coordinate resolution and respond to customer for all "click and find" issues

· Manage supplier information for US based suppliers, including Supplier Databank

· Coordinate Patent and Trademark searches

· Facilitate the determination of Harmonization codes as well as all Customs compliance requirements

_{^{Program Implementation (GIS)}}

· Fulfill GIS requirements for New Item Proposal, New Item Addition, Product Images and Media kit processes by stated deadlines

· Assist in development of OIPM's or any related instruction sheets.

· Determine content for creation of product and carton labels

· Coordinate specification and technical data for GIS Tech Support

· GIS catalog content review and validation

· Determine suitable inbound packs, master pack and ship pack quantities to meet needs of both GGS and GIS

? 4-year business degree preferred

? 3-5 years of related experience a plus

? Product Management experience a plus

? Exceptional organizational and project management skills

? Strong proofreading skills and attention to details

? Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting required deadlines

? Technical aptitude a plus (will need to take initiative to learn products)

? Ability to run basic BW reports

? Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.

? Understanding of business processes and the structure and function of the Company.

? Working knowledge of GIS supply chain operations

? Strong PC and Software skills

? Working knowledge of import regulations a plus

? Foreign language skills a plus

? Base knowledge of Asia cultural sensitivity a plus
