学历及资格：
1、财务会计专业本科及以上。
2、拥有中级会计师及以上职称，获得中国注册会计师（CPA）、中国注册税务师（CTA）资格者优先。
3、有大型房地产开发企业经验，有派驻外地工作经验者优先，熟悉国内的税制税法，熟悉国家金融投资与管理、国家外汇结算与管理等法律法规。
职位及职责的要求：
1、适应恒隆集团在内地各城市发展“恒隆广场”大型商业地产前期项目投资要求，服务于组建公司的全部过程，包括：商务批准、工商注册、税务登记、外汇管理等，与各地政府部门保持良好的联系。适应经常出差。
2、招聘及培训各地项目公司的当地员工，在当地组建一支优秀的财务会计专业团队。
3、按照集团管理的要求，与香港恒隆集团内部各管理部门保持密切的联系；与正在建设的各地“恒隆广场”发展项目保持密切的联系；与已经建成的各地“恒隆广场”项目保持密切的联系；与输出管理的上海两家“恒隆广场”保持密切的联系。
4、汇报对象：恒隆集团财务总监及集团财务部。
