Responsibilities:
Operational Responsibilities
1. Data Capture of paper based consignment data for domestic & international shipments not requiring customs clearance or dangerous goods data capture, (domestic AWB's can be in local language).
2. Advise appropriate warehouse/office of consignments that cannot be processed and agree to and take corrective action. Submission of the data to local applications and await confirmation of receipt.
Must Have Skills/Quantifications:
1. Able to use a PC comfortably.
2. Able to read and decipher printed and handwritten documents.
3. Ability to use a keyboard accurately and fast.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Attention to details and accuracy.
5. Able to work under pressure when required.
6. English reading and writing.
7.Basic knowledge of the Transport industry, local and international
working hours: 12:00-21:00
