3. Responsibilities and tasks
Prepare all exporting documents required for custom declarations and for shipping
To be responsible for the Order Management, communicate with customers for picking, packing, material, shop order etc.
To be responsible for replying price/lead time/delivery inquiry to customers
Other unmentioned tasks assigned by superior.
职责：
负责准备报关及海运的出口单据；
负责订单管理，与客户沟通提货、包装、材料、工作单等；
负责回复客户关于价格、交付周期、发货等的询问；
主管安排的其他任务。

4.Professional Background：
Working experience: At least 2 years working background with service/trading
Knowledge and skills: IFS experience preferred
Competency : Good command of English & Mandarin both in written and oral
Others: Team working spirit, strong communication and interpersonal skill.
