Recruiting Coordinator
Your role
Are you a people person? And well organized? We're looking for someone like that to help us:
– partner candidates, hiring managers and recruiters
– schedule interviews
– initiate onboarding
– keep track of all candidate data in the recruiting system
Your team
You’ll be working with Investment Banking and Wealth Management Recruiting Directors, based in Shanghai. We make sure that candidates, hiring managers and recruiters get a seamless recruiting experience.
Your experience and skills
You have:
– 2-3 years experience in a similar role, as an HR assistant or coordinator in a large multinational company
– a general understanding of human resources
– advanced Microsoft Office skills

You are:
– passionate about human resources and know the level of service our people have
– well organized, with a sharp eye for detail, pleasant character
– fluent in English in oral and written 举报 分享
