职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Formulate Technology strategy, architecture guiding principles and technology roadmap from the business strategy and key processes and documents how the current and future client needs will be met in an efficient and effective manner
? Recommend future technology capabilities and architecture design (for one of more domains), considering the technology strategy, BU's objectives, organization’s constraints, technology trends, and regulatory requirements
? Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to build a holistic map or view of the client’s strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets
? Develop architecture standards/guidelines/policies based on client needs, regulatory requirements and anticipated technology advances to guide solution and project teams
? Lead key enterprise architectural design reviews/solutions/projects especially
? Perform benchmarking on selected technology areas

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
Professional
? Ability to work under pressure until a task is complete whilst maintaining a high quality service
? Responsive, helpful and flexible attitude at all times.
? Patience and always friendly towards client stakeholder.
? Practical in the approach to deliver results based on the often complex legacy systems of clients
? Presentation skills and ability to build & manage relationships at all levels to board
Technical
? Strong background in application architecture design
? Strong System Architecture and/or system integration hands-on-knowledge
? End-to-end knowledge across applications, infra and business processes in major industries like consumer goods, automotive, technology and banking
? Experience developing the end-to-end together with various internal and external stakeholders. e.g. other technology partners like Salesforce and Adobe
? Demonstrated ability in providing cost effectiveness and right sized solutions
? Good knowledge of technology and business trends in the marketing industry 举报 分享
