职位描述：
Purpose:
This position provides onsite artwork coordination services to assist the client with their packaging commercialization process.

Project Management
? Actively facilitate and manage project deliverables and information for all tasks related to artwork completion
? Proactively try to obtain any project information missing from client cross-functional teams
? Assist with the development of project timelines
? Upload all project data and due dates into client-designated workflow tool
? Maintain project status reports, and facilitate project status/planning meetings
? Act as central project lead between client cross-functional teams, design agency, and SGS production facility
? Manage client lead-time expectation for artwork and prepress on-time delivery
? Lead design review meetings with client cross-functional teams, design agency, and SGS production facility
? Initiate print risk assessments with SGS plant production resources for all new designs
? Lead preproduction meetings with client, SGS production team, and designated printer
? Route all artwork submits from SGS production facility for client approval using client-designated workflow tool
? Participate in post-production meetings to review completed packaging projects

? Comprehensive understanding of artwork workflow and processes
? Ability to work across a wide constituency, negotiate timelines, and hold others accountable for their deliverables
? Judgment to request advice and direction when needed

Qualifications/Requirements:
? 3-5 years retail packaging design or print production experience
? Bachelor degree (design, graphic communications or print technologies) or comparable experience
? Strong business application skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel 举报 分享
