1. Deal with suppliers, customers, and internal parties for information/documents, comments and/or approval.
2. Coordinate sample submission to customers for approval. Such as Pack and send samples; take photos of samples.
3. Record order details in company's systems for documentation, coordination, review and analysis
4. Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
5. Assist in maintaining strong business relationships with suppliers for production
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
1. Years of Experience: 1 years or more experiences in Buying/Trading office is preferred
2. Efficient, quick thinking, autonomous and high responsibility.
3. Excellent written and spoken English;
4. Can use all Microsoft computer programs: Word/Excel/Outlook
5. College or University Degree is required.
