职位描述：
1. 项目管理Program Management
1) 与项目财务控制协调，建立最初的商业计划，定义项目投资时间表，并且按照时间表管理投资进程，确保所有投资均复合最初的需求。Liaise with the Program Controller, build the initial Business Plan, define the Program investment scheme, and release investments in compliance with controlling procedures; Take economical responsibility for all deviations from initial requirements.
2) 启动并管理项目：追踪商业计划，项目管理看板和预算报告，组织项目步骤及结果回顾。Launch and monitor the Program : track progress by updating Business Plan, Program Dashboard and Budget Reports, and by leading reviews of program steps and results
3) 融合项目组所有成员，管理流程，定义每位成员的目标及任务。Staff, manage and co-ordinate a cross-functional program team (Sales, Controlling, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Product & Process engineering), and define team members' objectives and assignments
4) 建立项目管理流程，在项目组所有成员的参与下，确保项目管理中的各节点顺利通过。Create "Program Management culture" by ensuring processes defined in the Faurecia Program Management System (PMS) are applied at all steps, and by developing synergies between all actors involved in the program.
5) 确保项目由项目组平稳转移至工厂。Ensure smooth program transfer from Development Centre to Production Plant
2. 信息收集与分析Information Collection& Analysis
1) 风险管理及机遇分析，制定行动计划。Conduct Risk/Opportunity analyses, and develop and implement appropriate action plans.
2) 当财务与计划方面与客户有冲突时，起决策作用。Arbitrate any conflicts with the customer on financial and/or technical issues.
3) 收集项目的核心信息，确保项目的连续性。Organise key program information to ensure Program continuity and to contribute to knowledge management.
4) 根据集团及区域政策，签署人员任命书。Based on group and regional policies, define and sign the Offer for the candidate
3. 沟通Communication
1) 管理客户沟通，并且与客户建立较强的客户关系。Develop strong relationships and manage the ongoing negotiations with the customer as the official Faurecia representative.
2) 项目阶段的组织及沟通工作。Organise communications throughout the program lifecycle.
3) Manage finance/resource issues of the company within authorized scope according to the Management standard.
根据公司的管理规范，在被授权的范围内，管理公司的资源和财务
4) Ensure full respect of Rules & Regulations/Ethics/Values/Employee handbook of the company.
遵守公司的规章制度、道德规范、价值观及员工手册

Skills & Knowhow
1. 较强的沟通与谈判技巧。Strong communication and negotiation skills
2. 冲突管理技能。Conflict management skills : ability to prevent and solve conflicts
3. 矩阵式组织结构中工作的能力。Ability to work in a matrixed organization
4. 熟悉项目管理流程。Good knowledge of PMS-Process
5. 熟悉项目标准，工具，方法。Good knowledge of Program standards, tools and methods
6. 能够建立，发展，领导及整合团队。Ability to establish, develop, lead and unite a team
7. 较强的财务知识。Strong financial knowledge (incl. building and following a Business Plan)
8. 问题处理技巧。Problem solving techniques
