职位描述
工作职责
1、负责根据销售计划安排生产，物料和设备计划，以保证生产运营的平稳推进，从而为公司销售计划提供强有力后勤保障；
2、负责管理和协调生产，计划，质量，仓库和采购部门的具体工作落实和职责实施；
3、负责管理和考核生产现场主管，质量主管，物料主管和采购主管的职责实施；
4、负责年度，季度和月度的运营数据统计和分析，包括但不限于生产效率，及时交货率，不良率，库存周转率，供应商及时交货率，物料成本水平等统计数据，并即时上报公司总经理各时段运营数据以及提出可行的改善措施。一旦公司确认措施后保证措施的落实；
5、负责公司运营团队的建设和运营人力物力的合理配置。
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，工商管理或理工科专业；
2、8年以上制造业主管级别以上运营/生产管理经验，具有外资制造业从业经验者优先；
3、熟练掌握数理统计相关工具和分析的能力，熟悉基于ERP系统的运营经验，熟悉基于ISO9001的质量管理体系；
4、较强的沟通能力，协调能力和决断力，注重团队合作精神；
5、具备英语沟通能力。
