职位描述：
? Functional knowledge of PRC, IFRS, and US GAAP requirements with Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
? Technical knowledge of statutory audits and compliance efforts
? More than 8 years relevant working experience, and over 3 years experience in manager level
? Proficiency in SAP knowledge
? Strong Financial Planning & Analysis skills
? Excellent interpersonal skills, Self-motivated, Organized.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills，proficient in written and spoken English
? CPA, ACCA preferred


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责： .

? Forecasting and Analysis – prepare monthly forecasts, Annual operation plan and other scenario planning needed, Compare and report actual operation with forecast / plan, actions taken to close the gap.
? Cash flow – working with the Asia Director to evaluate and implement treasury related needs including lines of credit and other treasury mechanisms. Comply with SAFE regulations while maintaining Asia cash management objectives
? Business case player – Review cost estimation and program financial indicator to ensure profitability of new projects.
? Statutory compliance – timely filing of tax returns, VAT returns, annual enterprise tax return. Compliance with local regulations including financial reporting, etc.
? Management of SAP system and other statutory software operations and maintenance to ensure that financial results are accurately recorded. This includes working closely with all areas of the organization, providing leadership and technical advice on design of processes that produce financial information.
? Month-end close – manage the preparation of financial statements for all Asia entities in accordance with U.S. GAAP, corporate policies and any local accounting requirements. This includes analysis of financial results and quarterly presentation to the corporate controller and chief financial officer the financial statement review.
? Supervise the Finance function including recruitment, training, development and retaining of all departmental employees, Manage department staff’s workload and planning
? Controls – responsible for maintaining and adhering to strong internal controls consistent with those required of a public company to detect and prevent material errors.
? Coordinates finance functions with other departments to fulfill management objectives as a team.
? Maintains good relationship with local Finance & Taxation Authorities. 举报 分享
