职位描述：
Responsibilities

- Support daily marketing duties and assist in special marketing projects (events, newsletter etc.)
- Assist / take responsibility for preparation of marketing materials (company presentations, brochures, etc.)
- Taking care of the company’s websites and domains (social media/networking)
- Acquire business opportunities with the potential clients in the services of taxation, accounting and auditing
- Collect market information and analysis of basic marketing data
- Represent ECOVIS Ruide, Shanghai at events and towards stakeholders incl. events
- Establish network with home countries‘ consulate and / or delegation of industries and commerce in Shanghai
- Support administrative processes incl. for internal communication, external suppliers etc

Requirements

- University student or recent graduate
- Native Chinese preferred
- Fluent in English, other nationality than Chinese with other language skills welcome
- Previous working experience, especially in Marketing / Sales, is strongly desirable
- Excellent skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Advanced knowledge of AI, PS, InDesign strongly desired
- Self-motivated team player, strong in interpersonal communication
- Enjoys to work with customers
- Availability for at least 4+ months, 3 days / week
