Laugh Advertising是ED ＆C旗下子公司，现在分布在新加坡和马来西亚 。我们于上海的分公司于2014年成立，我们正寻求对广告充满激情，有FMCG快速消费品行业广告和市场活动策划／服务经验的人才及相关行业人才加入我们的团队。 您将会有难得的与世界500强FMCG快消品公司市场部高端人才一起合作，学习的机会。

主要工作职责：
- 带领团队研究，集思广益并制作线上，线下至手机客户端等的市场广告策略，执行及活动提案
- 负责项目时间，成本及人员管理，统筹项目执行
- 发展和维护现有及新客户的紧密关系
- 能够有效，出色的策划，创造性地执行和完成客户360°市场宣传材料和活动

我们将优先考虑：
- 快速消费品行业，国际FMCG客户服务经验
- 360°线上，线下广告策划／执行及客户管理
- 良好的线上网页，EC电商店面设计，微信H5策划，设计和所有线下POSM设计，包装设计，印刷，制作，活动经验等
- 了解快速消费品市场部内部操作流程
- 优秀的项目管理和应对风险的能力

职位要求：
- 大专/大学市场营销，传播，商业管理，广告或相关学科
- 至少5年以上广告公司／FMCG快消品类客户服务经验
- 欢迎FMCG市场部经验应聘者
- 能够在压力和时间紧迫情况下按时交付工作
- 能够独立和在团队环境中工作

About ED&C

At ED&C, we use the different aspects of our expertise to develop and enhance the relationship between consumer and brand. Laugh Advertising is the subsidiary of ED&C, existing exposure in Singapore and Malaysia. Due to the rapid expansion, ED&C are setting up our new Shanghai office. We are seeking open-minded and passionate candidates to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The candidate will have a great chance to be implanted as a Project Manager for ED&C's key client, a Fortune 500 company in FMCG industry for one year. Reporting to the Associate Marketing Director Innovation, the incumbent is the project manager for managing special packaging artwork changes and updates in accordance with country specification and business needs.

In general, you are required to do:

- Research, brainstorm ideas and develop 360 campaign proposals and presentations
- Develop and maintain close relationships with agency’s current and new clients
- Execute and see through to completion creative, effective and outstanding 360° communication campaigns for the client and agency
It would be added advantage if you have:
- FMCG client facing experience
- Good knowledge in Packaging design and production
- Understand FMCG internal MKTG process
- Excellent project management and maintains project momentum in face of unknowns


Requirements for the position:
- Minimum diploma/degree in Marketing, Mar-Comm, BA, Advertising or related disciplines/experience
- At least 3-5 year of related experience in an advertising agency or FMCG company
- Ability to handle pressure, able to work within tight schedules and sometimes on weekends
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile
- Must be bilingual, excellent in both English and Chinese. Preferably overseas study/working experience.
