Key Responsibilities:
(Describe the main activities the job-holder will perform)

? Run the weekly Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - process compliance report (PCR)
? Review SDLC documents uploaded to PM tool - "PTS-W" based on PCR. Conduct the review for 100% projects. (Except for work order and non-project types) Use PMQC based quality check guideline and verify requirements are addressed
? Communicate with PMs on overdue items and follow-up the remediation
? Communicate with PMs on non-conformance issues and follow-up the remediation
? Communicate with PMs and send alerts on projects whose end date is approaching
? Update and maintain the quality issue tracking database
? Review selected Projects and Programs for global PMQC scheduled several times a year.
? Answer the questions from PMs regarding SDLC related questions and provide advices
? Share SDLC related information timely and educate PMs to improve their understanding level of process compliance and quality
? Support PMs to raise PM tools related problem tickets or request tickets
? Providing applicable metrics related to the cost, effort, and milestones of activities to project personnel
? Run the quarterly report to summarize the quality trend and issues
? Run the annual report to summarize the quality trend and performance of the quality activities
? Participate in the various discussions on process and review guideline, etc. with quality teams
? Identify areas of improvement in the Development activities
? Planning Quality Assurance activities for the organization / Projects


1 主要是做软件生命周期管理 SDLC 和软件质量管理 SQM。

2. 之前是Senior Engineer / PL / PM，或者有SDLC和 SQM经验

3. 之前开发或测试工作经验。

4. 熟悉CMMI标准以及在实际项目中的作用

5. 本科及以上学历，5+年以上工作经验，英文流利。
