职位描述：
Activities:
Coordinate the complaint investigation with cross functional teams and drive/follow up the improvement actions accordingly
Coordinate critical customer complaint investigation and improvements with structured approach
Maintain AIRS for imported product quality issues and follow up the investigation and improvements with US team
Supplier/Valvoline/Supplier data analysis and KPI consolidation
Prepare regular/irregular quality report and dashboard for leadership teams
Coordinate the rolling out of quality related IT Solution in China
Manage China QMS documentation
 Collect and analyze data of CoPQ to drive continuous improvements
Support Quality Improvement Projects in China
Support supplier QAV

Requirements:
2-3 quality engineer experience, prefer manufacturing experience in chemical/automotive industry
ISO9001 QMS experience, internal auditor qualification is preferred
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Good communication skills
Good reading and writing in English
Strong logical thinking and data analysis experience
Strong time management skills
Customer service experience a plus
