Objective:
The role provides the framework for a demonstrating leadership qualities and innovative strategies in Automotive key accounts business both factory and after service business development.
To support developing compelling and differentiated product and service offers which fully satisfy the account needs. The key KPI’s against which to measure the effectiveness of the post holder will be Gross Margin, share of wallet growth.
Responsibilities:
1) customer visit
2) customer training
3) customer relationship setup
4) product promotion
5) customer feedback collection
6) deal with customer feedback including question and complaints
7) other tasks assigned by the leaders
Requirements:
1) University degree or above.
2) Fluent in both oral and written English & Mandarin.
3) Used to working in analysis function with good command of computer skills.
4) At least 2 years of experiences in Sales Experience especially in Auto Segment is essential.
5) Products and service knowledge – Good knowledge of tangible goods and services created to satisfy the needs and wants of customers and their role in creating value for the company and stakeholders – skilful application.
6) Industry / Sector understanding – competent and fully credible with the customer as having sufficient industry / sector knowledge to be proficient in current role – skilful application.
7) Direct selling skills – strong ability to adapt behaviour, style and approach to various situations to complete a sale – skilful application.
8) Customer relationship management – the ability to maintain and nurture customer relationships based on in-depth knowledge of the customers’ wants and needs and applying these to ensure profitability realization. Identifies programs to support continual customer satisfaction – skillful application.
9) Negotiation skills – has good knowledge of the negotiation process and successfully plans and runs negotiations and be able to effectively closes negotiations with achievement of sale accomplished – skillful application.
10) Account & key account planning – the strong ability to plan approaches, tactics and offers for individual customers with the goal of maintaining company as the preferred brand/supplier.
