BD Management - Take responsibility for entire BD process and relationship management with key internal and external stakeholders

1. BD Strategic Plan - Work with other PMs, practice leader and regional BD to establish and document BD strategic direction

2. Solution and pricing strategy review - Based on client requirements, work with team and other departments to develop solution

3. BD materials review - Review BD materials match Hewitt brand and image requirements and convincingly communicate value proposition to client

4. Pitch presentation materials review - Review for brand and image consistency and clear communication of selling points and lead English language pitches

5. SA review - Review for brand and image consistency and clear communication of selling points and solution details

6. Price negotiations - Take responsibility for pricing strategy and negotiations

7. BD Tracking Management – Feedback BD success metrics to practice leader and regional BD

8. Client follow up strategy - Ensure BD team is following up on leads to keep them active

9. Implementation and Delivery team alignment/communication -ensure BD activities are closely aligned with capabilities of the implementation and ongoing teams.

10. Contract renewal monitor BD and ongoing team’s contract renewal activities Implement

Qualification:

1. 7 years+ related Business Development/Sales experience, background from outsourcing industry preferred.

2. Excellent English language written and verbal communication and presentation skills

3. Good verbal Chinese skills

4. Strong sales management experience

5. Marketing experience

6. Familiarity with basic HR principals of payroll and benefits

7. Excellent team player
