职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
？ Conduct the training, certification and re-certification to operators and cross training for trainees.
？ Update training material & Online test pool per production process change.
？ Conduct the SPEC update & TECN training to relevant people.
？ Coordinate with production department to arrange Operation training schedule.
？ Be responsible for training records management.
？ Timely feedback trainee’s training performance to his/her direct supervisor.
？ Ensure training quality to meet the certification requirement.
？ Closely track certified operator’s working performance within one month.

Job Requirements:
？ 3 year+ experience on one critical process.
？ General Line Process Flow.
？ Production line Safety & EHS regulation.
？ Line Quality requirement.
？ Specific Module/Equipment OP SPEC.
？ OJT Training Delivery Skill.
？ TMS System Operation.
？ E-Test System Operation.
？ Communication Skill.
？ Basic English skill on reading/writing.
？ Basic Computer skill on Word / PowerPoint / Excel.
