2. Be responsible for distributor network management in East and Central Inner Mongolia
3. Be responsible for distributor recruitment in East and Central Inner Mongolia
4. Be responsible for distributor Valvoline products sales in East and Central Inner Mongolia
5. Be responsible for retail channel development in East and Central Inner Mongolia
6. Be responsible for accomplishment of works delivered by North region and Company
