职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
1, Follow daily production, solve the problems of quality, cost and efficiency
跟踪每天的生产，解决现场发生的质量、成本和效率等方面的问题
2, Work together with project team to make sure new project transfer to mass production smoothly, responsible for process file creating; support run off of tooling, fixture and assembly fixtures
和项目前期配合以完成新项目的量产，负责现场工艺文件的编制以及协助模具、托架和装配工装的调试及验收工作
3, Support sub-components management
支持下层件的管理
4, Take the lead of ECN for mass production projects
能协调其他部门完成量产项目的工程变更
5, Support tooling maintenance team to Define preventive maintenance plan for tooling, fixtures and assembly devices
为模修组制定模具、工装以及托架的维修保养计划
6, Responsible for new material development, new process introduction
负责新材料开发、新工艺试制
7, Responsible for maintain and update PFMEA
负责维护和更新PFMEA
8, Define work instructions and training operators to follow the standardized work
定义操作指导书并培训操作工以遵守标准化作业
9, Assist to finish other tasks from manager
协助完成上级交代的其他工作
10, Participate the training arranged by company
参加公司安排的培训和指导
11, Other assignments as required by the manager
服从直属领导的其他工作安排

Job Requirements:
1, 3years work related experience in engineering management
至少有３年以上的现场工艺工作经验；
2, Familiar with making engineering document and know well the procedure of TS16949 and APQP
熟悉工艺文件编写，熟悉TS16949、APQP流程；
3, At least bachelor degree major in engineering
工程类本科学历或以上；
4, Familiar with mold and maintenance
了解模具原理以及维修知识；
5, Headliner's project or process experience and knowledge preferred
有汽车行业顶棚、软饰等方面工作经验者优先考虑；
6, Excellent English Reading and understanding.
良好的英语读写能力，能用英语进行书面沟通；
7, Teamwork good interpersonal skill, cooperate with workmates peacefully.
有团队精神，善于沟通，能够与本部门及其他人和平相处；
8, SAP experience preferred
