职位描述：
Assistant to President

Responsibility:
1、 To make travel plan and schedule for president and follow up;
2、 To disseminate and follow up meeting of minutes and tasks to relevant and appropriate personnel;
3、 Prepare correspondences, reports, business documents, presentation materials and translation for the president.
4、 Responsible for direct verbal and written communication with business heads and customers both foreign and domestic
5、 Project management.
6、 Other tasks as assigned。

Requirement：
1、 Bachelor degree or above;
2、 At least 2 years of related experience in a multinational company;
3、 Strong organizing, communications, attentive to details, responsible;
4、 Excellent command of both written and spoken English, TEM-8 is better;
5、 Proficient in computer skills (includes MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
