Responsibilities:
·To provide customers with technical information and/or tools
·To work on customers’ troubleshooting and/or complaints with a technical issue
·The responsible regions (mainly in China, Korea, Singapore and Taiwan)
·To organize and provide trainings for internal sales and external distributors by delivering presentations or/and demos.
·To help on tradeshows or exhibitions by technical communication
Requirements/Qualification:
·Solid professional technical back ground, minimum Master Degree in relevant life technologies, such as cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, etc.
·Nice communication and coordinating skill is required
·Customer-focused, proactive/action-oriented
·High energy and passion to the work
·Good team player
·Good command of English
·Good command of Korean
