Primary Job Functions:

Work for daily parts sales activities to improve parts KPIs:

? Deal with the daily parts inquires and solid them as formal orders, follow up order delivery and make sure all the orders are completed on time
? Work together with dealers (Domestic or Asia Pacific Area) to make rolling forecast and stock orders of their market, therefore, to improve parts availability and stock turns continuously
? Follow up parts backorders and push to fulfill dealer orders as scheduled.
? Provide parts technical support (Parts catalogue/Parts identification/ECN) for dealers and OEMs.
? Collect dealer’s feedback to have a price adjustment suggestions, work and execute company’s parts policy and promotion to improve parts competitiveness continuously.

Other Support:
? Provide parts support to after sales service and engine sales when needed;
? Work together with Supply Chain to improve parts logistics services and speed up parts delivery time
? Support supervisor to have parts sales report and analysis on time.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

? Fluent English in listening, speaking and writing
? Self-motivated and team player
? Familiar with Microsoft Office
? Basic knowledge of engines spare parts is preferred
