工作职责：

1.处理协调客户手表的售后工作；

2.跟踪市场部售后进度，及时与客户及内部部门反馈沟通；

3.协助部门主管管理售后人员；

4.统计制作各类售后报表。

5.处理市场部的其他事务。

任职资格：

1.大学大专以上学历。

2.1年以上售后文员工作经验。

3.性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；

4.有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力。

5.熟练操作办公软件。
