职位描述：
Job Responsibility：
1. Assist in the formulation/improvement of a business driven operation system in alignment with company’s strategic objectives;
2.Support deployment of IT solution roadmaps that deliver the integrated info system platform;
3. Participate in system implementation team of subject matter experts that directly support the IT projects and solutions;
4. Collaborate with cross-departmental/ functional team to identify, define and deliver strategies, tools, and process changes to meet the needs of business;
5.Identify appropriate system and process solutions based on business requirements, asset management system initiatives, and gaps to future state;
6.Drive harmonization, standardization and consistency of data and process automation to enhance reporting analytics;
7.Identify ways to leverage IT applications to reduce costs, develop competitive advantage, or increase revenue;
8. Be a subject matter experts (SMEs) for best practice systems and processes.

Job Requirments：
1.Demonstrated knowledge / experience with both applications and implementation projects relating to business functions: leasing management, finance, asset management, and asset valuation;
2.Excellent interpersonal skills to interact cross-functionally within the company locally and internationally;
3.Ability to influence and manage process change and improvements;
4.Ability to identify and implement processes and continuous process improvement;
5.Proven experiences in planning and executing, and role in working groups;
6. Demonstrated experience working with and presenting to Senior Management;
7.Working experience with Commercial Real Estate/ Asset Management industry is preferred. 举报 分享

瑞虹新城项目：专为年轻人士而设的综合住宅发展项目，位于虹口区，邻近多所重点大学及商业区，并建于地铁4号线临平路上盖。整个小区配套设施齐全，项目占地40公顷，规划建筑面积150万平房米。

虹桥天地项目：虹桥天地项目位于虹桥核心商务区紧邻交通枢纽的首个地块，占地面积约6.2万平方米，总建筑面积约38万平方米。项目定位为集办公、购物、餐饮、娱乐、展示为一体的综合商业，将为未来虹桥商务区的办公人群，以及高铁一小时经济圈所辐射的7500万人口提供商务、休闲的新地标平台。
