Job description:
1-Lead of building projects in Asia
2-Project, cost and Quallitycontrolling during the building phase
3-Concept design of all technical and building infrastructure for new and existing buildings
4-experience in: compressed air, cooling water, chilling water, clean rooms, fire fighting (sprinkler, gas) power, ventilation, building automation, exhaust system.
5-Coordination with all partners during the building process
6-Internal contact person for local FM for technical questions and solutions.
7-Selection and negotiation of planer, projectmanager and construction companys
80Lead of building acceptance process

4-Work experience::more than 3 years
