Job description Investment Controller Asia


Support and train all Automotive Asia colleagues regarding Continental investment policies.

· Including India and Australia
· For Divisions Chassis & Safety, Interior and Powertrain
· For different functions Finance, Industrial Engineering, R&D, Quality, Plants etc.
· VR 13 and other Corporate rules

Targets:

· ensure good quality for Asia Capital Requests (CRs)

· ensure good investment reporting quality for Asia

· being interface to Divisional, BU and Local Investment Controlling

Tasks:

· Support eCR-implementation and -creation (how to access to the tool, which contents have to be prepared, use and content of CR calculations for different investment categories)
Functional review of eCRs as "local invest controller" (at least for smaller locations)

· Guidance and coordination regarding reporting tools GPA (Gross Plant Additions) and FIRE for Monthly Closing, FC and Budget (doing of reporting within the BUs and locations - advice regarding correct doing by regional Investment Controller). Improve awareness of good planning quality as basis of Approval and Spending reporting
System administration for GPA and eCR (Region Asia)

· Interface to Divisional Investment Controlling (e.g. identify problems, advise on questions within Asia regarding Investment Controlling and offer support to BUs and locations together with Divisional Investment Controlling)

· Establish all further eCR and GPA improvements including implementations of link functions among those tools: Roll out of basic training concept - supported by key users (Interior / Chassis), training for new users (personally or support function)

Education:

· Economics or Engineering + MBA

Requirements / Experiences:

· Multi-year professional experience within Automotive Business (Engineering or Finance/Costing)
· English
· Team oriented, target-oriented, analytical thinking, assertive behavior
