Our mission is to provide high quality, affordable pediatric therapy for children with special needs and for typically developing children who have developmental delays. Major responsibilities – Facilities & Procurement Specialist
？ Purchase medical/therapy related equipment, assessment tools & forms mainly websites, purchase materials for the office need,
？ Control shipping method for internal and over sea supplier
？ PO release to supplier and tracking delivery
？ Deal with the purchase contract issue
？ Manage assessment tools/forms to keep realistic stock, track shortage report and deal with urgent shortage of material in production
？ Create and maintain safe, clear, functional physical environment (including manage Ayis)
？ Data reports analysis including on hand inventory, expiration, purchase summary, item master, vendor master and price books
？ Manage vendor performance and drive improvement
？ Help with preparing documents based on government regulations
？ Other office and procurement & operation related responsibilities

Minimum Education & Experience

？ Bachelor degree in biomedical engineering, Procurement or Supply Chain
？ Two years work experience or above
？ Problem solver
？ Detail oriented
？ Open ,proactive, aggressive, fast learning and strong ownership
？ Strong analytical skills and must by good at reporting and business analysis
？ Quantitative and financial analysis
？ Fluent oral and written English

Preferred Education & Experience

？ Import & export related education/working background is preferred
？ Experience in rehabilitation industry will be a plus
