职位描述：
HEMA Far East Ltd is the Asian buying office for HEMA B.V. department stores. HEMA is an international retailer with more than 700 stores in 7 European countries, selling textile and hardgoods, all under HEMA private label.

HEMA Far East Ltd is looking for :
An intern or a junior candidate who will join the QA/QC & Sustainability departments to coordinate the QA/QC & Sustainability processes of the regional buying offices in Shanghai, China Hong Kong and Dhaka.

The Scope of the activity covers partly but not only:
        Assist in the maintenance, monitoring and recording of data
Coordinate the QA/QC & Sustainability activities
Coordinate travel
Prepare internal and external trainings to merchandising teams and suppliers
Assist in mapping the Supply Chain
Regularly join auditors to factories around China
Contribute to develop and improve processes
Being trained to become auditor

Position would be based in Shanghai, the first few months will be focused on getting familiar with the processes and working methodology and would evolve in a more practical approach where the candidate will be trained on becoming a junior auditor.

Ability to collect large amount of information and to be able to read, understand and set priorities autonomously
Ability to deal with a wide range of different products and understand their production & quality management processes
Ability to map the Supply Chain and identify its complexity and subtleties

Support auditing team in preparing their audits and joining them when requested

Knowledge & Experience:
Supply Chain, Engineering and production processes, knowledge about EU regulations would be a plus but not compulsory. Basic knowledge of International Labor Organization ILO

Education Background:
Master degree preferably from an engineering school or business school with a Msc in Global Supply Chain Management combined with a Bachelor degree in Chinese Language

Language Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal skills in both Chinese and English 举报 分享
