工作职责：

1、 需要负责组织学生的学期日程、报告以及大师工作室的总括管理，

2、 需要有丰富的创造力，故事编撰力，即：理解人类行为，能够探究和分析行为趋势，能够将这些探究和分析转换成为以社会和生态可持续发展为目标的原创性结论，

3、 具备--发掘（设计研究和分析），设计（构思、草图以及模型制作）和明确定义（被采用的设计理念、被优化的设计、文件编写和专业性报告的实现）的能力。

必备条件：

1、 工业设计专业 硕士学历，具有实际的制作经验

2、 有专业的绘图水平，能手工制作可视化布局和模型，了解德国专业机械。懂数字化三维计算机辅助设计，建模工具和三维打印机，

3、 母语为中文，英语口语流利，具备基本的英语书写能力。

Chinese Design Leader

We are seeking a proven Design Leader (Industrial & Digital Design), which has extraordinary design skills and is willing to share them with our students. She/He will also be responsible to organize the semester agendas, presentations, as well for the general master studio management. We are looking for curious and optimistic creative mind and storyteller: understanding human behaviors, exploring and analyzing trends, and converting them into original solutions driven by social and ecological sustainability.

Tasks: working in an elite team with students as a co-teacher and professional mentor, organizing student projects in three phases DISVOVER (design research and analysis), DESIGN (ideation, sketching, model making) and DEFINE (implementation of chosen concept, refined design, documentation and professional-grade presentation).

:: A graduate degree of an industrial design program plus practical industry experience
:: Professional level of sketching, visual Layout and model by hand and German specialty
machinery. Up-to-Speed with digital 3D CAD and Modeling tools and 3D-Printing.
:: Mother tongue Chinese, English fluently in spoken and basic in writing.
:: Positive attitude with an emphasis on self-motivation and quality of work.
:: Promoting open, collaborative and team-inspiring spirit.
:: Good communication skills from verbal to 2D sketching.
