职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Following up FPT China all Industrial diesel engine test process.
2. Be familiar with hardware and software, dataset of diesel engine EOL, short/long hot test, and cold test in the plant.
3. Keeping and contacting with product engineering, suppliers and plant, trouble shooting and solve the process issues, updating the latest version software in EOL and test bench.
4. Organizing all functional departments evaluate diesel engine test project feasibility study before project approval.
5. Project budget estimation and project cost status maintaining;
6. Organizing trouble shooting during the project implementation, providing professional engineering service to production.
7. Making and follow up project timing.

Requirements:
  
1 Bachelor Degree and or above ,major of thermal engineering or related to automotive engine, at least 5 years’ working experience on engine test fields, good knowledge in internal combustion motor especially diesel engine.
2 Strong and Tough in Project management and risk management;
3 Good communication capability in the team and scope of supply definition;
4 Working hard and can take big pressure;
5 Base on Chongqing , Willing to travel to suppliers and customers;
6 An overseas or multi-national enterprise engineering working experience is strongly recommended.
