岗位职责
Job Responsibility
1. 分析客户预测，安排准时到货,即使在汽车行业波动较大的情况下；
Analysis customer forecast and arrange COTD/JIT even in big fluctuate automotive marketing;
2. 控制成品库存；
Control FG stock;
3. QAD 计划数据监控保证客户预测和订单；
QAD planning data monitor to make sure correct customer forecast and order;
4. 控制新项目的SOP及工程变更/生产终结时的管理，防止出现呆滞库存；
Control new project SOP and EC/EOP management to avoid obsoletes;
5. 跟进应收应付帐，避免有过期钱款未付；
Follow up AP/AR issue to avoid overdue payment;
6. 客户服务，建立良好的客户协作关系；
Customer service to set up good relationship with customers;
7. 完成本部门的物流KPI；
Achieve KPI in LG dept.;
8. 对三方仓库标准管理和库存管理；
Manage 3rd party warehouse standard process and inventory control;
9. 运费管控；
Freight out cost control;
10. 主管交给的其他任务；
Other task from supervisor;
教育背景
Educational Background
1. 大专以上学历，汽车/外贸/物流专业优先。
Above college degree and automotive, international trading or logistic major are preferred.
要求
Requirements
1. 三年以上相关工作经验；有销售背景更佳；
Above 3 years’ experience in relevant field; sales experience are preferred;
2. 熟悉 ERP 软件（QAD、SAP）等；
Familiar with ERP software（QAD/SAP）etc;
3. 具有良好的沟通、计划、组织、协调能力和团队合作,有很强的抗压能力；
Good at communication, planning, organizing, coordinating and good team spirit; can take strong job
pressure;
4. 敬业精神，英语流利，PC熟练。
Dedicating to work and good English and PC skills.
