The individuals are needed to design and implement mechanical system used in an automotive infotainment environment.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the design specification definition
2. Create and control technical document/files/drawings.
3. Design high quality mechanical architecture/parts within the system to specification, especially for vehicle head-unit.
4. Perform design analysis (tolerance analysis, optical analysis, vibration analysis, thermal analysis, etc.).
5. Create test plans and execute test per plan.
6. Support sourcing & production engineering, work with mechanical part supplier to secure product design release and safe launch.
7. Support quality control for problem investigations
8. Support production team in maintenance of line, including trouble shooting, root cause analysis & fix of issues found in production.
Key Competencies:
1. Material knowledge both metal and plastic, part design and surface finishing process knowledge
2. Reliability validation experience for automotive environment.
3. Use of popular M-CAD tools , Catia V5 is preferred.
4. Mechanical related simulation skills (Vibration, Thermal, optical, etc.)
5. Analytical and problem solving skills
6. FMEA analysis skills is a plus
7. Team Work spirit .

Education background:
Bachelor or Master majoring in mechanical or automotive
Working experience:
Around five year working experience.
