Title: Project Quality Engineer

Position Description:

Ensure that customer quality requirements are understood and communicated to whole project team

Ensure all required quality gate reviews are completed

Prepare quality plan/concept for assigned projects and drive execution

Join DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)

Review/approve qualification plan with team (design validation, process validation) in order to ensure product reliability and compliance with internal and external requirements

Drive problem solving during design development, testings, customer complaints

Drive “lesson learned”-activities

Work out warranty concept/plan and insure completion of plan

Prepare prototype control plan and collaborate with plant teams regarding pre-production and roduction control plan

Work together with plant team to insure on schedule line release

Coordinate PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities and submit report to customer for approval

Requirement:

Bachelor degree, major in Engineering

Good knowledge about electronic products including design/project management/manufacturing

Good knowledge about product qualification testing

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a technical environment, with multiple projects and customers

5 years or above experience in the automotive industry

Experience in quality management, engineering or project management
