General Description
The Customer Service Sales (CSS) reports to Sales Manager but works daily with the team leader to solve tasks and assignments. CSS will collaborate with the CONCHIUS sales team to assure the sales team is efficient. In order to be successful the position requires a person with good communication and relationship building skills. Sales skills are essential and experience in managing key accounts in the training industry is beneficial. CSS must possess the ability to influence decision makers to commit to and purchase beneficial solutions. Ideally,the right person has a passion to improve self and help others reach their full potential.

Requirements:
Located in Shanghai AND wants to work in Shanghai
Preferred age: 25 to 35
Salary expectation: 3000-3500 RMB together with 4 social insurance, monthly team-bonus and monthly sales commission
Minimum 3 years of related work experience
English equivalent of CET 4
Not too technical: examples = Engineers, tech guy with work experience in electronics, sales in import/export only
Preferred: with 2 years in International company
Knowledge of the training and assessment industry is preferred

Tasks and Duties:
-Call new clients and to promote CONCHIUS products
-Contact new potential customers and grow CONCHIUS client list
-Keep CONCHIUS customer database correct and up-to-date
-Send out relevant information to clients
-To assist the Sales team in closing deals and keeping clients informed
-Book meetings with clients for account managers and experts
-Support colleagues in the sales team towards success
-5 hours per week is reserved for doing office administrative tasks for trainers, managers or other team members when needed
-Monitor and execute sales plans and activities according to plans
-Attend network meetings, functions and social events of interest for business development
-Negotiate and close deals with customers
-Report number of new leads registered accordingly

Working Hours
Working Hours are 09-18 with 1 hour lunch. Over-time and travel might be required from time to time.
