Client: Luxury German Car Company
Salary: Competitive Market Salary and attractive Bonus scheme
Location: Shanghai, China
Reporting to: HR VP

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Total Rewards Strategy in alignment with business strategies, goals and objectives
- Manage Strategic China Compensation and benfits projects to ensure the successfully delivery with pre-defined schedule and goals
- Provide strategic HR support includes but not limited on analysis of broad data sources for strategic business-based decisions
- Take responsible for monitoring and implementing the company policies and ensure that they are being followed with the group guidelines and the latest government rules which cover attendance record, payroll, social funds, employment procedures, employment contract, personal data etc.
- Make personnel cost budget/forecast calculation and analysis based on HC budget
- Make sure the salary calculation, benefits, Individual Income Tax, social funds in line with company rules and government regulations
- Maintain the personnel data base up to date and prepare all the reports regarding the personnel information or recruitments
- Keep good contact with local government like taxation bureau, social fund bureau, labor bureau offices
- Motivate and lead Payroll and HR Support Team
- Optimize the process and procedures of the HR Support team and make sure the work is aligned with the internal customer needs
- Develop and mentor junior employees and support them in their growth and career

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, HR major or related studies
- 8 years +, relevant HR Compensation and Benefits working experience in Multinational Companies
- 2 years +, experience in leading people
- Working experience in German MNC is a plus
- Working experience as HRBP or other HR support functions is a plus
- Solid Compensation,Benefits and Payroll strategy/ system/process/practice experience
- SAP and payroll Knowledge and familiar with national and local labor related laws, as well as company HR policies
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, HR related technology, including payroll system, employees master data system and others
- High degree of Self-motivation and drive
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and decision making skills
- Good team work skills and ability to work with senior leaders
- Strong hands-on mentality, customer focus and willingness to learn
- Sufficient stress resistance and professional appearance
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- German language skills would be a plus
