职位描述
If you have experiences in automation test realm (including Universal Tester,PCB tester,ICT tester,AOI tester,Haptic Tester,Button Tester), while have strong interest in sales work, your are always welcomed to join us(Fluent oral and written English is a must).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
® Building up a strong network of core clients, which can benefit from Products and Solutions Konrad Technologies can provide
® Traveling around China and Asia Pacific Region to visit potential clients and customers
® Establishing of new relationship with customers and continuous maintaining of existing relationships
® Meeting the individual yearly sales target set by Top Management
® Management and Interpretation of Customer requirements
® Developing a preliminary System Design at Customer visits or after receiving Customer requirements
® Developing of budgetary quotations within the customer required timeframe
® Keep strong communication streams with the Engineering team to make sure we have the technical capability to carry out the project successfully
® Negotiations of tender and contract terms
® Negotiations and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
® Negotiations of After Sales Service contracts
® Closing of Sales and After Sales contracts to achieve/ top Sales Target
® Keeping strong communication streams with the appointed project manager for the won Purchase Orders, make sure lead times are met. Management of lead time delays together with the PM.
® Solving client problems in cooperation with the responsible Project Manager
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
® Administration of appointed client accounts
® Support the marketing team from Konrad in carrying out market analysis, attending trade shows, conferences, Workshops and hold organizational or technical presentations.
® Support the Sales Director / General Manager / Managing Director in the achievement of the Business Plan and Sales Target regarding volume and profitability
® Carry out supportive tasks Top Management assigns
® Maintain a company internal data base of all prospect clients, contact details and current status of sales activities. Review, analyze, and follow up as appropriate
® Communicate to potential agents to effectively outline Konrad products and Konrad Test and Measurement Solutions
® Build partnership with key agents and ensure further that their queries and problems are promptly resolved by contacting them with the relevant parties
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
® BS degree / Master Degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
® Track record of successful Engineering impact of at least 3 years
® English and Chinese fluent both in Oral communication and writing.
® Excellent in presenting product and solution capabilities to customers
® Essential computer skills in Microsoft Office, formatting and computer systems
® Perfect interpersonal skills, ability to maintain a credible relationship with our clients
® Knowledge how to developing a basic preliminary System Design at Customer visits or after receiving Customer requirements
® Motivation in building and maintaining customer/client relationships and identifying opportunities to improve business success for both parties.
® Excellent organizational skills; ability to effectively prioritize workload in the most profitable way
® Driving license
® Critical thinking and initiative to improve the overall Business Performance with own actions as far as the position allows. (Drive additional impact with constructive input to top management how to improve the business that can’t be directly changed by your position alone)
